In 1920, Western Union has implemented the world's first transmission of images over the ocean. Most service points of Western Union work in the time convenient for customers throughout the week and throughout the year. In the 80's of Nineteenth century, Western Union was repeatedly tried capture by the railroad tycoon Jay Gould. He worked with Alexander Graham Bell, inventor of the first phone. Payment systems are one of basic elements of infrastructure of e-commerce. In October 1871 the company Western Union began to provide money transfer services, drawing on its own extensive telegraph network.
