In the Western Union in the 30s of the 20th century worked 14 thousand couriers delivering telegrams. In 1866, Sibley ordered the engineers to develop a Western Union telegraph system of stock quotes in real time. In April 1851 companions registered in Albany New York and Mississippi Valley Printing Telegraph Company (NYMVPTC), which included founded two years before New York State Printing Telegraph Company. To obtain the Golden card can any client of Western Union, committing money transfers on this system more than 1 time per year. Getting the card is issued at the time of making of the next transfer.
