International company MoneyGram has expanded its service capabilities of online money transfers to UK residents. MoneyGram point-of-sale systems are continually upgraded to provide the latest new products and functionality. To 284 thousands of service points has grown global network of MoneyGram agent offices in the 2nd quarter of 2012 due to India, Spain and Africa, thus its growth was 16%. Commission income on remittances and other revenues of MoneyGram in the 2nd quarter 2012 increased by 10% compared to the same period last year and 13% in the base currency. MoneyGram financial results were driven by money transfer business, which delivered more than 40 percent growth in transaction volume.
