International company MoneyGram has expanded its service capabilities of online money transfers to UK residents. MoneyGram wired transfer implemented many changes to its technology platforms designed to prevent or detect suspicious transactions. The main clients of MoneyGram are students, travelers, immigrants, expatriates, however, recently representatives of businesses who appreciate the advantages of fast and reliable money transfer, joined them. In MoneyGram were added or converted new currencies in an additional 29 countries during the past year, providing consumers with a wide array of currency payout options. MoneyGram launched a new in-person bill payment service which will be delivered through agents in their domestic network, giving consumers an easy, low-cost method to pay their bills. MoneyGram hired compliance officers in many of their global offices to ensure compliance with regulations of specific countries or regions. Commission income on remittances and other revenues of MoneyGram in the 2nd quarter 2012 increased by 10% compared to the same period last year and 13% in the base currency. The benefits of money transfers by MoneyGram: the transfer is available in the system to obtain within 90 days. MoneyGram financial results were driven by money transfer business, which delivered more than 40 percent growth in transaction volume.
