In the city of San Salvador representatives of MoneyGram and Citibank announced a new regional project, which will provide money transfer services in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua. As part of the 2008 Recapitalization, our wholly owned subsidiary, MoneyGram Payment Systems Worldwide, Inc., issued Goldman Sachs $500.0 million of senior secured second lien notes with a 10-year maturity. Until 2004, the owners of MoneyGram were Viad Corp and Travelers Express Company Inc. Thousands of businesses count on MoneyGram for payment services to move money and drive commerce.
