MoneyGram International, one of the leading companies in the global money transfer market, has announced that its customers in Israel can now send and receive money transfers in Euro. As part of the 2008 Recapitalization, our wholly owned subsidiary, MoneyGram Payment Systems Worldwide, Inc., issued Goldman Sachs $500.0 million of senior secured second lien notes with a 10-year maturity. Today the company MoneyGram International - an independent U.S. company, whose shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange and MoneyGram money transfer is considered one of the largest international money transfer systems without opening a bank account. MoneyGram completed the rollout of simplified pricing for money transfer services in the U.S., an initiative that began last year.
